Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our platform. These terms set out the basis on which Transglobal Nexus LLC provides its service and the rights and responsibilities of both parties.

1. About These Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of the platform operated by Transglobal Nexus LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). Our platform includes StayGuide, an intelligent travel assistant chatbot that helps you search and book hotel accommodations — it is a feature of our service, not a separate legal entity. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. Our Service

Transglobal Nexus LLC provides a travel booking service that allows you to search for and book hotel accommodations. Our platform features StayGuide, a travel assistant chatbot that guides you through the search and booking process. We act as an intermediary — connecting you with hotel inventory provided by our travel booking fulfilment supplier. The hotels you book are independent properties. The contract for your stay is between you and the hotel. Transglobal Nexus LLC does not own, manage, or operate any of the hotels listed on our platform. We are not responsible for the quality, condition, or conduct of any property, nor for events outside our control including natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.

3. Bookings and Payment

When you complete a booking through our platform: • You authorise Transglobal Nexus LLC to process payment for the total amount displayed at checkout. • Payment is processed securely by Stripe. By completing a booking you also agree to Stripe's terms of service. • Your booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation number. Please retain this for your records. • Prices displayed are in the currency shown at the time of search. Exchange rate fluctuations after booking are not our responsibility. • The price you pay includes our service fee as an intermediary. We operate on modest margins as a booking facilitator.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation terms are set by the individual hotel and will be clearly displayed before you confirm your booking. Common terms include: • Free cancellation — no charge if cancelled before the date specified on your booking confirmation. • Non-refundable — no refund is available after booking. • Partial refund — a cancellation fee applies depending on how close to check-in you cancel. To cancel a booking, use the cancellation option on your booking confirmation page or contact us directly. Refunds, where applicable, are processed back to your original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear.

5. Your Responsibilities

When using our platform, you agree to: • Provide accurate guest information, including correct names, contact details, and travel dates. • Ensure all guests meet the hotel's requirements, including minimum check-in age. • Comply with the hotel's house rules and policies during your stay. • Use our platform only for lawful travel planning purposes. • Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt our platform in any way. You are responsible for ensuring that the guest details you provide are correct. Errors in names or dates may result in booking complications that are outside our control.

6. Intellectual Property

Our platform, including its design, content, branding, and underlying technology, is owned by Transglobal Nexus LLC. Nothing in these terms grants you any right to use our name, logo, or website assets without our express written permission. We respect the intellectual property of others. If you believe any content on our platform infringes your rights, please contact us directly.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Transglobal Nexus LLC's liability in connection with any booking or use of the platform is limited as follows: • We are not liable for the acts or omissions of any hotel, including overbooking, property condition, or service quality. • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform. • Our total liability to you in connection with any booking shall not exceed the amount you paid for that booking. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, personal injury, or any matter that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Privacy

Your use of our platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our platform you also agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of our platform after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
